Commission Testimonial
Written on June 1, 2010 – 9:35 pm | by Kiki |Kiki created this canvas for me based on a description of a Paris Holiday that I enjoyed recently.
The painting incorporates visual references to all the spots I visited featuring the Arc De Triomphe, my favourite, as a centrepiece. The complete absence of all normal perspective works here to render a Parisian streetscapes and landmarks in an almost map like manner.
I took lost of photographs on the trip but Kiki’s painting captures the atmosphere and vibrancy of the “City of Art” in a totally unique way.
This is art at its most meaningful - a unique interpretation, splendid colour palette, all rendered in a almost child-like graphic style of great charm and sophistication.

Permanent Exhibition
Written on August 1, 2009 – 8:54 pm | by Kiki |Freedom Surf and Adventure School, Tramore has recently opened a permanent exhibition of Kiki’s ever-colourful and quirky paintings. The energetic duo that is Freedom Surf School has a real love of art which, coupled with their desire to add some colour to their newly-built premises lead them to create the liaison with Kiki. The exhibition mainly features the artist’s seascapes and marine-based themes with a few cows thrown in of course! Open seven days all are welcome to enjoy the on-going exhibition. Located within a short walking distance of the beach in Tramore, down the lane known locally as ‘the Gap’, it is easily spotted with its bright yellow and blue flag flying proudly.
